• Withdrawals can be requested seven days a week during hours of operation through the customer service lines, 1-800-274-8313. * Note that the payout request will be processed Only from Monday through Friday.
• Withdrawal requests must be made via telephone. Any request for clients outside the U.S. or Canada must be made via the cashier section.
• One free withdrawal of $300 or more, per calendar month via cashier's check. Fees apply for subsequent withdrawals during a calendar month.
• All charge or debit card depositors must receive payments on winnings via other payment methods.
• Further information, credit card authorization forms and identification will be required of the cardholder before any payouts are processed.
• No withdrawals will be processed without first meeting the requisite 15 days clearance on all credit card and debit card deposits.
